Jim replied and answered all questions in a timely matter. He helped us plan from beginning to end. He met us at Kauai bike path. We road to Donkey Beach and the tunnel of trees had lunch at Johnny grill and spent the day easily riding along the path. Would I do it again definitely. Easy to ride, well maintained and not once was I exhausted from riding. The batteries were still 3/4 charged after riding 4 hours. Highly recommend. My only suggestion is pre-book a uber back to ship. Great value for the experience!

  Our cruise stopped in Kauai and we wanted something "different" than getting on another tour bus. They provided very solid and "peppy" ebikes, helmets, locks and chargers (we rented bikes for 24 hours but did not use them that long. Be sure to ride to the "lighthouse" which is off the beaten path and was BEAUTIFUL! Jim can tell you where to ride around the area that keeps you off the main roads. But even if you want to ride on the main roads, the shoulders are quite wide and you shouldn't have any problems. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and you will not be disappointed!

It was such an easy experience while traveling and it was so much fun to ride the ebike around town! Without a rental car I didn't have any problem going to poipu beach or the shopping centers where I could get there in 2-5 minutes instead of 20 min walking.

The bikes are very powerful! and so easy to use. It comes with a helmet, and a small cargo bag and also it works on watery roads from rain with the fenders!
I would highly recommend riding these for a few days if you plan on hanging around the town of poipu.

The service provided by the operating manager Kala'ea is wonderful. He is courteous and full of aloha. He delivered and picked up the bikes from our condo. Super convenient.

The bike path from Kapa'a to Kealia beach is just the most scenic ocean view I have ever seen. And the view is much better than what you can see from the freeway.
